Shipping Options
Jewel Heaven offers the following shipping options for every purchase. For your protection, all shipments are insured for their full list price.
Insured, Next Day UPS Service: $6.99 per shipment
Please note that orders shipped on a Friday are delivered on the following Monday.
International Shipping
We are unable to service international orders at this time, but soon we will be able to accept and service international orders.

Addresses
All deliveries must be made to a physical address (we do not accept P.O. Boxes or military addresses).
Deliveries
Please note that orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. While determining the arrival day of your purchase, count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed.
Requests for alterations
If you have made an alterations request for your purchase -- such as ring or bracelet sizing -- please allow 6 business days to process your special requests. We will always notify you by email of any changes in your account status.
