Return Policy

DOMESTIC (contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Jewelheaven.com
 within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment,

If return exceeds five (5)  items  within a 30 calendar day period the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

At our discretion, we may cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $10.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there is obvious  damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at

INTERNATIONAL (other than domestic above)
If you receive a wrong or defective item, you can return the item within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling and other charges. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued.

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization  (RMA) number from Jewelheaven.com  before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number.

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Return Instructions:

  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
  • Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the pre-printed label.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label.
